Tanner is a Marine located at Camp Lejune, NC. He will be able to come home for good next year.
I am currently living in Spring Hill, TN working full time and planning Our Wedding! |
| HOW WE MET |
Tanner and I went to Spring Hill High School together. We had U.S History my sophmore year and his Junior year. I had big crush on him.... it wasn't until about three years later that I saw him again. Well all I have to say is the rest is History :) Thank goodness for the one time he went on Facebook and decided to load his IM Chat up, or we wouldn't be here toay :) |
| THE PROPOSAL |
Well at first I thought he would propose in Oct for my birthday.Well when he came home on leave in July he gave no sign of proposing what so ever... Tanner decided that we needed to go on a fancy date on Wed. the 20th. He took me to Saffire's in Franklin. Very nice place, great food too. He told me that he needed to go to the bathroom. Little did I know, instead he went to go give the hostess my ring.Well all signs pointed to it then:) He was very nervous and he didn't even eat all of his food! He then asked if I wanted dessert and I told him I was really full. He then said I'd want this dessert... A big square white plate came out with "Will You Marry Me" on it with a chocolate cake, strawberries, and my ring!! Of course I said yes:) |
