| WHO WE ARE |
Roderick and Michelle gave their life to Jesus Christ in 1998 where they knew that they needed Jesus to save them from their sins. Since then, Roderick and Michelle have been developing a personal relationship with Christ. Roderick is passionate about developing ministry within a marriage, which will leave a legacy for generations to come. He is a graduate of Cleveland State Univ. & he is currently employed as a Chemist. Michelle is passionate about evangalism and is pursing licensure to become a Principal of a Christian K-8 school. She is a graduate of Tuskegee Univ. & Cleveland State Univ. Michelle is currently teaching elementary school. |
| HOW WE MET |
Roderick and Michelle met at church during a singles fellowship in Nov.of 2005. Michelle was introd. to Roderick and the conversation was blessed. The next Sunday as Michelle was going to church, she experienced a serious car accident. God spared her life. The following Sunday, Roderick saw Michelle again and was interested in conversation. Due to Michelle\'s current state, she was not up to conversation and had forgotten his name. Roderick did not take the blow off as a negative but as a challenge. The following Sunday, Roderick saw Michelle again in passing and offered to be of any help to her after giving her his numbers. They have been talking every since. |
| THE PROPOSAL |
The following Sunday when Roderick and Michelle talked, Roderick asked Michelle if she would consider to get to know him better for marriage. Michelle said yes and they have been courting every since. Michelle had been praying for certain Godly traits that she wants in her husband. After conversations, outings, and prayer, Michelle said yes when Roderick asked her to marry him. Roderick indicated that he have been looking for his bride. There were quality traits that Roderick was looking for as well. So when Roderick and Michelle met, it was a match making that God made happen. They are both blessed that Roderick found Michelle to walk down the road of building a happy and holy matrimony. |
