| WHO WE ARE |
Two people who are so much in love!!!
The bride: Christina is 34 and going to school online for her associates in administrative office management. She has MS, scoliosis, and Type 2 diabetes. She loves horses,wolves,dolphins,vampires,fishing,camping and planning weddings.Christina is a mother of two wonderful kids Shawnathan age 14 and Shania age 13.
The Groom: Greg is 34 and a wonderful father to two kids Eli age 9 and raelynn age 13. Greg loves fishing, camping, and video games. He is currently looking for work. |
| HOW WE MET |
Christina had just gotten out of an abusive relationship and really wasn't looking to date anyone. She had moved in with her brother and soon-to-be sister law, and started talking on this site called myyearbook. One night Christina's sis Paula made a dating application for any guy to fill out that Christina wanted to date, well Christina started talking to Greg on myyearbook. Greg filled out the form honestly and from then on we were calling, messaging, and talking every night until we met in person face to face in June. When we met it was love at first sight, in July of 2008 Christina moved to Iowa to be with Greg. |
| THE PROPOSAL |
My grandmother had died before thanksgiving and i was crushed because i didn't get to say goodbye. We had moved to Missouri to be close to my family which was a mistake. On December 25, 2008 Greg and I had been texting each other all day joking about getting married. We had discussed it earlier in our relationship but nothing was final, it was just being discussed. At 8:49 pm on Christmas day Greg sent me a text asking me to marry him, i was shocked that it took a while to say yes. |
