1) Membership
I do not know my password? Go to the login page here and enter your username in the "Forgot Login Information" form. Your password will be emailed to you.
I do not know my username? Your username is the email address you entered at the time of creating your membership.

2) About Wedding Website
Why is it free? Truthfully, we are proud of the fact that our wedding websites are free. However, we do add a small advertisement 126x36. In addition, some of the online bridal registries are our affiliates. Therefore, there is no trial period as it's free until the day of your wedding. Guaranteed (unless you delete it)!
What do you do with the information submitted? We keep all information between the bridal couples and WeddingMuseum.com. We do not provide any information to 3rd parties. However, please realize, your wedding website can be seen by anyone in the world.
How long will you list our website? We will list your wedding website until after your wedding, unless you delete it in your control panel. Guaranteed! We will send you an email after your wedding asking if you want to keep your wedding website as a couple's website.
Can I edit my wedding website after creation? You can create, edit and delete your website from your control panel. Simply click on the login link from any web page on WeddingMuseum.com. Once in your control panel, click the "Edit Website" link under the Wedding Website Menu. Then, revise the information and submit the form.
Must I become a member in order to have a wedding website? Yes. This is the only way to save your information in our database. Do I have to give you my credit card to order the wedding website? No.
How do I create a wedding website?
- Click on the "Join" link on the upper right of any page on WeddingMuseum.com.
- Complete the membership form for brides and grooms (green) to become a member.
- You will automatically be forwarded to your control panel.
- You are now in your control panel. From this screen, you have the access to:
- Create, edit, view and delete a wedding website.
- Click on the "Create Website" link in the Website Menu.
- Complete the order wedding website form including all mandatory fields and submit.
How do I add pictures to my wedding website? You must first create a wedding website. Then, from your control panel, click the "Photo Album Control Panel" link under the Wedding Website Menu. From the Photo Album CPanel, you can upload images and add photo titles. How do I delete my wedding website? You can create, edit and delete your website from your control panel. Simply click on the login link from any web page on WeddingMuseum.com. Once in your control panel, click the "Delete Website" link under the Wedding Website Menu. Then, submit the form for deletion.
Will you delete a wedding website? Due to our privacy policy and terms of service, we can only delete wedding websites on the following conditions: 1) Wedding websites are deleted by our members by deleting the wedding website though their control panel, 2) a request is made to WeddingMuseum.com from the member's username email associated with the wedding website, 3) a request is made to WeddingMuseum.com with the member's username and password of the wedding website. In addition, we annually delete wedding websites that have not been fully completed and the wedding date has passed. I have more questions! Click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
3) Adding A Vendor Listing
How do I add a vendor listing?
Non-Members:

- Be sure "Sign-up for Free Business Listing" is selected Yes.
- Click on the "Join" link on the upper right of any page on WeddingMuseum.com.
- Click the Join Free link for wedding vendors in the bottom of the page.
- Complete the membership form for wedding vendors (pink) to become a member.
- Complete the add a vendor listing form.
- You are now a member and have requested a business listing. Please allow 1-2 business days for business listing approval.
Members:
- Click on the Log In link on the top right of any web page on WeddingMuseum.com.
- Log In on the Vendor login form (pink).
- Once in your vendor control panel, click on the "Add A Listing" link and complete the form.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for approval.
How long does it take for vendor listings to be reviewed and go live? Vendor listings are reviewed manually within 1-2 business days. All listings reviewed will be sent an email of approval or denial.
I cannot find my vendor listing?
- We periodically check all business listings on WeddingMuseum.com. Listings will be removed that meet any of the following criteria:
- Your website does not reference providing services for a wedding.
- Your website is under construction.
- Your website domain has expired.
- Your website cannot be viewed (found).
- Your company name changed or moved without updating your listing.
I have multiple locations. Can I add a second fee listing? No, we offer multiple listings for $3/month each. If you are interested, from the vendor control panel - you can add a second listing and also pay the $3 Paypal subscription fee. You can login to your vendor control panel on the following login web page.
What is a Premium vendor listing? It is a business listing in the industry and state where you chose your location to be. Premium listings are above all free listings. Premium listings include, business name, city, state, phone number, website link and business description.
How do payments work for the Premium listings? We utilize Paypal subscriptions for payment. You can cancel at any time with the "cancel subscription" button in your vendor control panel in the vendor listing menu. It is a secure payment through Paypal. The subsciption is paid monthly.
How do I change my email in my business listing? Your email address is the same as your username. Please click the Change Username button in your vendor control panel. Do not create a new account with your new email address. Please change the old account.
